Healthy bread for the whole fa

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ water (warm)
  • 2 tbsp oil (olive or canola)
  • 2 tbsp JH honey
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 ½ tbsp milk powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp yeast ( rapid rise, for breadmakers

Instructions

Place ingredients in order listed in breadmaker. Use setting for a 2 lb, rapid rise, light crust.
