Healthy bread for the whole fa
Ingredients

1 ¼ water (warm)

2 tbsp oil (olive or canola)

2 tbsp JH honey

3 cups bread flour

½ cup oatmeal

2 tbsp wheat germ

1 ½ tbsp milk powder
-
1 tsp salt

2 tsp yeast ( rapid rise, for breadmakers
Instructions
Place ingredients in order listed in breadmaker. Use setting for a 2 lb, rapid rise, light crust.
