If you prefer to send your order via fax or postal service, you can use the forms below to print your order and send it to Johnston Honey.

Instructions

  1. Click on the above links (they will open in a new window) and print each form
  2. On the print order form, write the item #, name, price, and quantity.
  3. Add the item total. This will be your charge, not including shipping.
  4. Mail or fax your completed order form (see address and fax # on the order form)
  5. When we receive your order, we will contact you to contact you via email with shipping information.
