Shipping policy - Orders are shipped 1-2 days after order is placed.

Returns and refunds - Customer satisfaction guaranteed - any request for a refund is honored. To receive a refund or return an item, contact us (view our contact page) within 30 days of receiving your order and we will send you instructions on how to return your items. After we receive your items, the full amount will be refunded.

Domestic shipping - All shipping for MN, ND, SD, IA, and WI are by Spee Dee Delivery and is mostly next day service. For all other states except Alaska and Hawaii, delivery is by UPS ground service. Alaska and Hawaii by USPS Priority Mail. Examples of the time required for delivery are as follows: CO 3 days, NV 4 days, CA 5 days, OH 2 days, PA 3 days and MA 4 days.

International shipping - International parcels are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) airmail parcel post or global airmail. All international shipping prices listed at www.johnstonhoney.com are an estimate. Actual credit card billing may vary slightly. Customs or duty fees may be incurred and are the responsibility of the customer. Johnston Honey is not responsible for lost or broken items. The shipment is insured with the USPS and the customer should contact the USPS in the event of loss or damage. Delivery time approx 7-14 days.
